• Most couriers do not deliver on Sundays.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

All of our sarees are handwoven or handcrafted by our dedicated team of skilled artisans. Some may also include machine-embroidery or digital prints depending on the design.

We try to display saree colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. For made-to-order or customised sarees, cancellations are not possible once production begins.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and you can use it to monitor your package delivery in real time.

Absolutely! You can select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout and add a personalized message.
